Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No-Refund Policy
All purchases made on the MO TRADING platform are strictly non-refundable. Once a course is purchased and access is granted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery.
- Failure to complete or use the course.
- Claims of misinformation or inaccurate content.
- Courses purchased at a discounted or promotional price.
- Technical difficulties on the user’s device or internet connection.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Duplicate Payment Exception
The only exception to the above is a verified duplicate charge — i.e., if you were charged more than once for the exact same course within the same transaction session due to a payment gateway error. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded upon verification. Please contact us with your Razorpay payment IDs to initiate a duplicate charge review.
3. Cancellation
MO TRADING does not offer any subscription plans. All course purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew. There is no cancellation process applicable to completed purchases.
4. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes or complaints arising out of or in connection with a purchase on this Platform shall first be addressed by contacting our support team. If unresolved, all legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beed District, Maharashtra, India. By purchasing on this Platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
